In my opinion, the Big-Sister-Little-Sister lunch and intramural were both a big success. It looked like all of the sixth graders had a great time with their big sisters. It really amazed me how well everyone was bonding and getting along. Mrs. Leitch said, “It was awesome to see all the girls sitting next to each other and talking. I loved seeing all the girls smiling and laughing. Lastly, I loved how many new relationships were formed, and I think the eighth graders did a great job at being big sisters!”  Lizzy Kelly, sixth grade, said, “It was really fun and a great way to help us get to know our big sisters better! Let me also just say the intramural were surely memorable and will last a lifetime. NDP really embraces sisterhood by having these events. The Big-Sister-Little-Sister program can really help sixth graders feel welcome and get used to life at NDP. Surely, all eighth and sixth graders will remember this great event forever.
