Everyone is familiar with the famous Cheesecake Factory Restaurant, but the precise detail and appreciation of the cuisine there is not fulfilled unless one takes time to critique it. I have been to this delicious restaurant more than twenty times, but I noticed so much more when I had to review it.
The first aspect of the Cheesecake Factory observed is the entryway. It is an extremely tall and elaborate doorway with gold and turquoise accents. The doors are glass and gold, and it gives off the appearance of a five star restaurant. Upon entering, you see more beautiful décor and a friendly hostess ready to seat you. The Cheesecake Factory does not accept reservations, so there may be a long wait if you go on a weekend night. After being seated, you usually have to wait at least ten to fifteen minutes to get your drink order in, but that is mainly because the waiters want you to have a leisurely and long lasting dinner experience. I love the large cup size. At most restaurants I order about five drinks because I am a fast drinker, and I need to eat with a drink, but at the Cheesecake Factory, I only need two at most. With the beverages, you receive a large bread basket for the table, including wheat, white and pumpernickel breads with butter. The Cheesecake Factory menu is about fifteen pages long and includes a variety of foods, drinks and desserts to choose from. We ordered the chicken dumplings and the crab dip as appetizers, and they were out of this world delicious. My favorite was the crab dip that included cheese and artichokes. We then ordered our meals. I got the four cheese pasta, my mom got the cheese pizza and Tyler got a Rueben sandwich with sweet potato fries. My pasta was soooooooo good. It was not that expensive, and it was delicious; however, the portion probably could have fed about three people, so to save money at the cheesecake factory, share! The pizza and Rueben were surprisingly good as well, and the sweet potato fries were tasty and a healthy alternative to regular fries.
Finally, it would not be a visit to the Cheesecake Factory without cheesecake! I always order the caramel turtle cheesecake. It is the most delicious cheesecake ever! It is caramel cheesecake with caramel and chocolate sauce and walnuts and toffee inside it with a dollop of chocolate on top. Tyler got the Reese’s cheesecake, and my mom got the Oreo. I am not a huge fan of Reese’s but the cheesecake was still really good as was the Oreo. All the different types of cheesecake are extremely creamy and light, and I highly recommend going to the Cheesecake Factory. Although the Cheesecake Factory may not be a cheap night out, it certainly is a fun night out with lots of good food and laughter to be shared.
